University of New England (UNE) Off-Campus Housing Available Eiderdown Cottage is available for off-season rental to select UNE faculty, staff and in some cases students from September through June. The cottage is fully furnished and includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fully stocked kitchen. The house is a 2 bedroom with room for storage, and is located 1/2 block from the beach.
